Financial Structure & Transparency
Rockstar Health combines nonprofit ownership with commercial manufacturing to align long-term revenue with disability-focused mission outcomes.
How The Structure Works
Rockstar Health currently operates through two connected Florida entities.
Rockstar Health Organization, Inc. - the nonprofit parent organization responsible for charitable, educational, and scientific initiatives. It is officially recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Rockstar Health Industries Corporation - the manufacturing and operating company responsible for future commercial activity, product development, and distribution.
The long-term objective is for the nonprofit parent organization to maintain ownership of the commercial subsidiary. This structure is inspired by mission-driven ownership models where commercial success directly supports broader public-interest goals.
Why We Chose This Model
Most mobility companies answer to investors first. Rockstar Health was designed the other way around, so financial success and community impact cannot be pulled apart. The structure exists to support a few long-term priorities:
- Lower prices. Simpler distribution and less intermediary dependence, so equipment costs less to begin with.
- Financial assistance. Reduced-cost equipment programs for people who qualify.
- Donation pathways. Commercial growth and charitable support that fund mobility access for underserved users.
- Reinvestment and independence. Profit routed back into mobility access, keeping the organization mission-led for the long term.
The goal is a commercially sustainable organization whose success directly supports the disability community.
Transparency Matters
As Rockstar Health grows, the organization intends to publicly share increasing levels of operational and financial transparency.
Future transparency initiatives may include:
- Annual reports
- Organizational updates
- Program impact summaries
- Financial breakdowns
- Mission allocation reporting
The organization is still in its earliest developmental phase, but transparency remains a core long-term principle.
